Redwood Practical Shooters will be doing its RPS Basic Pistol Class.
The class is designed for those who want to learn Safety and
Practical Application of Safe Pistol Handling and Shooting.
The Class will be a TWO DAY CLASS
Currently Scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, February 25-26, 2017

Do Not Bring any Guns to The RPS Basic Pistol Class
We also have Our New Shooter Class
This class is held at The Range Located in Jackson State Forest
These classes are scheduled on "As Necessary Basis."
They are designed for those that would like to shoot at our matches
and get some actual defensive practice in IDPA Style.
Classes have Registration at 8AM and start at 9AM
For The New Shooter Class You will need to bring with you:
Eye and Ear protection, A pistol of 9mm or larger in caliber.
A good sturdy belt and holster and a magazine pouch that will hold two magazines
or 3 speed loaders for revolvers.
Three magazines are good but 4 is better, don't forget some ammo!
Dress warm, layers suggested, and bring a chair so you can relax.
If you wish to participate in our matches this class should get you qualified
to shoot in our first match of the year, IDPA Classifier in March
The amount of time that it will take depends on how
many students in the class and how much previous instruction they have had.
SAFETY is our number one priority and FUN is Number Two.
We will all do our best to show you a good time, we have a great group of people.
